Resource conservation and sustainable formulation are becoming increasingly important in the paint industry.
Our new multi-functional CREBOPOX Guard ZG16 UHS combines superior corrosion protection at low dry film thicknesses with the use of multi-purpose corrosion inhibitors, active pigments, acrylics and up to 40% renewable raw materials without losing its proper function as a protective coating.
CREBOPOX Guard ZG16 UHS combines state-of-the-art technologies without the actual purpose of a protective coating against corrosion, even on the most difficult substrates such as galvanized surfaces and aluminium.
In addition to the tolerance in application method, temperature and ambient temperature, CREBOPOX Guard ZG16 UHS is used as a multi-substrate primer on coil coating, GRP, aluminium and galvanized substrates, but with a greatly reduced dry film thickness of max. 60 μm. The low dry film thickness guarantees even on blasted substrates the best protective effect up to C4 high in the system and thus reduces the VOC per m² by up to 50% compared to conventional EP primers.
At a glance:
- Ultra high solids, solids> 85%
- Low viscosity, thus applicable in low dry film thicknesses
- Processable at + 5 ° C to + 40 ° C
- Multi-substrate adhesion
- Use of up to 40% renewable raw materials
- <200 g / l VOC
All this with typical CREBONIT technique with excellent wet-on-wet recoat ability with 2K polyurethane products in multi-layer systems = concentration on stability and process speed!
