CREBONIT has launched a new two-component, direct-to-metal polyurethane coating CREBOPUR ZE04 HS LCT for corrosion protection, with excellent mechanical abrasion and weather resistance and uncompromising colour and gloss retention. In its field, CREBOPUR ZE04 HS LCT is a high solids and low VIC product. Developed in close cooperation with our customers, the new metal coating allows painting wet on wet with selected EP and PUR primers, boosting production and enabling faster throughput time for 2 or 3-layer systems with only one-time curing.

CREBOPUR ZE04 HS LCT is ideally suitable for steel surfaces, and an excellent choice in terms of surface appearance for machines and equipment operated in agriculture, construction and among other industries. CREBOPUR ZE04 HS LCT film forms a very evenly and closely surface and can be put in comparison to any powder-coated surface in regards to hardness, appearance, mechanical strengths and other properties.
