Modular production, sometimes called “Tinting”, is the most economical and environmentally friendly way to produce a wide range of colors according to customer requirements, especially if the paint volumes are less. Modular systems offer significant advantages to users of industrial coatings. Retailers can offer a wide range of colours very quickly, which means that customers can buy new supplies if necessary, avoid unnecessary and expensive storage and reduce waste through an optimised ordering/use process.

The use of modular tools such as CREBOMIX for colour tinting improves material efficiency and reduces waste, which has a direct impact on the product’s environmental footprint. When painting, the stock of colored cans can be kept at an optimal level both in the company’s warehouse and the seller’s warehouse, and paint residues do not need to be removed.

Coloring also has clear logistical advantages compared to the delivery of finished shades. Less transportation is required, as retailers may have a wider range of different primary colors for different purposes, rather than having several pre-made shades of one color type.
