Emission- solvent-free, abrasion resistant, viscoelastic two component sealant and adhesive product, packed in a 2C cartridge, based on special elasticised high-quality epoxy resin/combination binder with excellent resistance to water and chemicals and good UV resistance. Ideal replacement for bituminous or 1C polyurethane joints and mat joints with minimal obstruction during renovations, due to its quick reaction time. Requires no additional probation for long-term stability as it is fibre reinforced. Due to the existing and built-in active corrosion protection, exposed metal parts do not have to be protected separately, but the application / potting of CREBOPROTECT ZE77 SEF is sufficient.
Ideally to be used for joints, where strength is needed but can be as well used as an adhesive and strong glue to fix screws in metal, wood, plastic, concrete and dry walls for stabilisation. Its strength, hardness and built-in self-repair mechanism ensures long lasting connections. Specially designed packing is suitable for standard cartridge press, so that no special equipment for application is required. Mixing tubes can be ordered separately, so that un-used and remaining material can be preserved by resealing the container with the original cap.
